Revitalize your body each morning…

Start your day with a glass of fresh lemon juice and purified water every morning to hydrate your body and flush out toxins from your liver.  Best taken on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 mins before having breakfast foods or drinks.

You’ll need to squeeze ½ a lemon in 2 cups of purified water either warm or room temperature.

You can also add ½ a teaspoon of raw (not heated) honey and even some freshly grated ginger.
